VA Classes began with one quiet belief.
That every child can do well when someone takes the time to teach them in a way that finally makes sense. I'm Varun Bajpai, and this is the story of how helping a handful of friends slowly grew into a mission.

Always the one explaining
While everyone else memorised formulas, I broke them into small, simple steps with examples they could picture. Watching confusion turn into confidence quickly became my favourite feeling.

After graduation
A job by day, teaching by night
I took a regular engineering job, but I kept tutoring in the evenings and on weekends. Helping one student soon turned into helping many.
The real lesson
The child was rarely the problem
I noticed the same thing again and again. Most students were not struggling because they lacked ability. They struggled because no one had taught them in a way that suited them.
Word of mouth
One family told another
Parents started recommending me to their friends. A handful of students slowly grew into a steady stream, built entirely on results and word of mouth.
The decision
I chose to go all in
So I left my job and started VA Classes, to give more children the patient, personal teaching that I had watched change everything.
Today
Small on purpose
We stay deliberately small so every child gets real attention. Because one student who truly understands is worth more than a hundred who just got through.
