body: "VA Classes provides live, one-on-one online tutoring in Math, Science, English and Coding for students in grades 1 to 10. We operate from India and offer our services to families in Canada. Classes are delivered online by our tutors." },
{ title: "3. Who can use VA Classes",
body: "Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. The parent or guardian is responsible for their child's use of the service and for all activity on the account, including keeping login details secure." },
{ title: "4. Free trial",
body: "New families are entitled to one free trial class, with no payment or card required. The trial is limited to one per family. We may decline, limit or withdraw the free trial at our discretion. Continuing beyond the trial requires an active paid plan." },
{ title: "5. Plans, payment & billing",
body: "Paid plans are billed monthly or quarterly as selected at sign-up, in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice, and changes will not affect the period you have already paid for." },

body: "You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to classes until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused classes within a paid period, except where required by applicable law. If we cancel a class on our side and cannot reschedule it, we will credit or refund that class." },

body: "You book class times that suit your family. Classes may be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the start time at no charge. Requests made with less than 4 hours' notice, or classes missed without notice, may be treated as delivered and forfeited. We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergencies." },

body: "We match each student with a suitable tutor based on grade, subject and learning needs. If your tutor becomes unavailable, we will assign a replacement and let you know. If you are not happy with the match, contact us and we will re-match your child at no extra cost." },
{ title: "9. Acceptable use & code of conduct",
body: "Classes must take place in a safe, appropriate environment. Students, parents and tutors are expected to treat one another with respect. We may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, for abusive, threatening, dishonest or disruptive behaviour, or for any misuse of our platform." },
{ title: "10. Recordings",
body: "Some classes may be recorded for quality, safety and learning purposes, and shared with the family for revision. By using the service you consent to such recording. We will not publish recordings of your child publicly without your written permission." },

body: "All lesson materials, worksheets, resources and content provided by VA Classes or our tutors remain our property and are licensed to you for your child's personal educational use only. You may not copy, share, resell or commercialise them without our written permission." },

body: "We deliver our services with care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific academic results, grades or outcomes, as these depend on many factors including the student's effort and circumstances. The service is provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis." },

body: "To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA Classes is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law." },
